Information the Company collects information the Users knowingly and actively provides to the Company when accessing and using the Company’s website; and any information automatically sent by the devices of the Users while accessing and using the Company’s website. All the Users expressly acknowledge and agree that the Company collects and stores the personal data and information of all the Users, which is provided by them from time to time on the Company’s website. All the Users expressly acknowledge and agree that the contact information provided to the Company may be used to send the Users offers, brand updates, and promotions.
Internet Protocol Information. All the Users expressly acknowledge and agree that the Company may automatically track certain information about the Users party based upon their IP address and their behavior on the Company’s website, and they expressly consent to the same. The Company may install Cookies or other similar Data collection software in the computer system/device of the Users for such purpose, and they hereby consent to the same. If the Users chooses to remove or reject Cookies, it may affect features, functions, and options on the Company’s website. Legitimate Reasons for Processing Personal Data and Information. The Company only collects and stores the personal data and information of the Users when the Company has a legitimate reason for doing so, like for validation of mobile numbers to send promotional and transactional information, internal analysis to provide personalization, and other activities, including the usage of the Company’s website for the information accessed and used by the Users.

The credit or debit card information will not be stored by the Company, but such information may be saved on the payment gateway’s website and will be governed by the policies adhered to therein. Although the Company will do its best that is reasonably possible in the circumstances to protect the personal data and information provided by the Users to the Company, the Company advises that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and no one can guarantee absolute data security. Users expressly consent and permit the Company to collect, store, and process their personal data and information for the reasons provided above. The Company keeps the Personal Data and Information only for as long as the Company needs to or for compliance with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation.
Data Archival. The Company shall also be responsible for maintaining an archival system for data storage that complies with Indian legal requirements. This archival system will include regular backup and secure storage of data to ensure its availability and integrity over time. The User’s data will be archived for a period of eight (8) years, after which it may be permanently deleted. If the Users wishes to access its archived data, the Users may submit a request to the Company, and the Company will endeavor to fulfill this request.
Sharing to Facilitate Services. All the Users expressly acknowledge and agree that the Company may share, store their personal data and information with Company’s marketing partners to enable the Company to share brand updates with the Users. All the Users expressly acknowledge and agree that the Company may disclose personal data and information if required to do so under any applicable laws to government authorities, third party rights owners, or other third parties or if the Company, in good faith, believes that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes.
Use of Company’s Website. All the Users expressly agree that the Company’s website will only be used by the Users who have attained the age of majority, that is, 18 years of age as per applicable laws. All the Users expressly acknowledge and agree that the Company may call or send messages via SMS or WhatsApp regarding the Company’s website and/or any query. All the Users expressly acknowledge and agree that the Company’s website does not send promotional and other non-essential communication without their prior express consent, and they have the right to opt out of receiving such information by emailing the Company at legal@sdex.in
Rights and Controlling of Personal Data Information. All the Users always retain the right to withhold personal data and information from the Company, with the understanding that their experience of the Company’s website may be affected.
